If we’re lucky enough to snag coveted Havasupai Falls permits in the upcoming lottery, we’ll embark on a 6-day, 5-night journey through one of the most breathtaking and remote corners of the Southwest — a trip designed to push your limits and fill your soul.

This isn’t your typical She Explores adventure — it’s a more rugged, physically demanding experience designed for those ready to rise to a challenge and truly earn their view. You’ll need a solid base level of fitness and a spirit of adventure.

Here’s a glimpse of what to expect if we secure permits:

• 1 night at the trailhead before we descend into the canyon

• 3 nights at the very rustic, bare-bones Havasupai Lodge on tribal land — no frills, no Wi-Fi, just red rock walls and starlit skies

• At least 3 days of challenging hiking, including two 8-mile days through desert switchbacks, lush canyons, and turquoise streams

• 1 final night somewhere special (likely Sedona!) to relax, celebrate, and toast your accomplishment in style
