Ready to sweat a little and laugh a lot? This week we’re hitting the Madrone Trail—a shady gem tucked off Camille Road. We’ll start with a sunny stretch and a good climb (hello glutes!), but that incline gets out of the way early—before the heat kicks in. Then we ease into cooler, shaded trails and those soul-refreshing forest vibes.
Expect a bit more than 5 miles of fitness inspired movement, forest therapy, and feel-good conversation.
Hike Stats:
